Anger and
frustration, that which boils your blood.
That feeling of
being wronged, cheated, or harmed.
Even if that is
not the truth of the matter. Even if it isn’t really anyone’s fault.
Even if it was
technically their fault, but it was not an action truly worthy of anger.
Yet, care is
lost as the fury takes over.
The rage guides
your decisions, and the anger dictates your actions.
In hindsight,
it is stupid, trivial, an unexpected but not odd occurrence.
Alas, breaking
expectation is all it takes to ignite the flame.
Irrational
anger, pointless fury, childish rage.
Nothing
becoming of a mature individual.
Yet, so often,
you find people who act just like that.
Only made worse
when that person is yourself.
You must rise
above it.
Hold your
tongue, do not act on hollow anger.
If you cannot
do that much, you might find yourself with many more things to be angry about.
However, this
time, you’d only have yourself to blame.

It's not getting angry over something trivial that's the problem, it's letting that anger dictate your next action.
Until next time, Read, Comment and Enjoy.
