A simple action, a standard action, one you’ve done countless times before.

Yet today is the day the most normal of actions leave you in abnormal straights.

A pain in your back, an aching foot, a sore neck.

Perhaps it was a fluke, the moment you moved in just the right way to leave yourself in pain.

Perhaps it’s a sign, a lack of exercise or nutrients.

Perhaps it’s a culmination, the aftershock of prior aches and pains.

Forced to suffer from abnormal pains, your day is anything but normal.

You try and try, but it just drags you down throughout the day, despite your attempts to alleviate.

Then finally, it’s gone, vanished into the wind without your notice.

Just an abnormal pain born of normal circumstances, here and gone as fast as it came.
