I want to do it all, I want to see it all.
Every movie, every book, every game, every sight, every sound.
I want to master the arts and perfect my music.
A novel series, an album, a masterpiece, and a bestseller.
I want to paint an army of miniatures, win a game tournament, and compete on the world stage.
Master one hobby, win in another, and become the greatest in the last.
I want to reach the end of my bookshelf and polish off my game shelf.
I could say I read and played them all and sit back in pride.
Alas, there is no time to do it all.
You have to work, you must eat, you got to sleep.
Balance your time as best you can, but you can only do so much.
Make what you can do count.
It’s better than an ‘if only.’
