This takes place years before Maid in Fantasy Chapter I

“Lady Aphros, is this really going to be so common?” Orion asked. The young boy had just turned fourteen, and Aphros insisted on giving him a lesson about the “problems” he would face in the immediate future.

“Of course, it will. Don’t you trust me?” Aphros replied.

“I’d never distrust your word Lady Aphros. It’s just,” Orion tried to find the right words, “I’ve never seen or heard of this before.”

“Ah, to be young and naïve again,” Aphros shook her head. “I assure you, now that you’re older, you’ll start seeing this sort of thing all the time. It is part of growing up.”

“If you say so, Lady Aphros,” Orion nodded but remained confused.

“Back to the lesson at hand,” Aphros walked up to her whiteboard, which had a series of crude images drawn upon it. “So, you’re walking down the hallway,” she began, “when a girl your age comes out of nowhere, jumps up, and pins herself to the wall behind you with her hands and feet, blockading you inside a corner. What do you do in this scenario?”

“Ask her to get down?” Orion hesitantly replied.

“Wrong,” Aphros snapped. “No girl is going to let you go at this point. She’s going to…you know...”

            “I don’t know,” Orion admitted.

“Well, I’m getting to that,” Aphros explained.

“Lady Aphros, I still don’t understand where this is going,” Orion admitted.

“Fine, that one might have been too complicated to start with. It is a fairly advanced technique,” the noble said as though it were common knowledge. “So, you’re walking down the hallway. Then a girl your age comes out of nowhere and traps you in the corner with a horizontal planking maneuver. What do you do?”

“Do they all begin like this?” Orion asked.

“Most of them do. Now answer the question,” Aphros insisted.

“Uh,” Orion was at a loss for words. This lesson would undoubtedly be a long and confusing one.

Proper education on unfamiliar situations is important, especially for growing young teens.

(Bonus points to whoever can guess what weird, old meme this story was referencing.)
